Connect your account to an MCP server with a pasted token PUT

For a server that takes a pasted token (one that connects with OAuth answers 400). The token is kept in the secret store and never shown again.

Give a person a role PUT

Needs People & roles. It applies from their next request, tokens they already hold included. The last enabled Admin keeps Admin (409). From a browser session, send the page's CSRF token as `x-csrf`.
