Withdraw a waiting message

DELETE
/sessions/{id}/pending/{sid}

Drops one message a turn has not taken yet. Withdrawing it twice is fine.

Messages a turn has not taken yet, oldest first. They run in that order.

Wait for a message's turn GET

Holds the request until the turn that took the message ends, for up to 25 seconds; then 202: ask again.
